CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes/duties that may apply. Sellers are not responsible for delays due to customs or shipping/ postal services.
RETURNS
Contact us! We accept returns only in cases where the incorrect item was sent or damaged before delivery. As we sell religious items you can appreciate, nobody would want opened or used/ handled religious items. We pride ourselves on making sure our items are handled with respect.
EXCHANGES (IF AUTHORIZED)
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition. Items must be packaged and protected as when received.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations may be accepted in certain conditions, recurrent cancelations (happening more than once will not be accepted.) Contact us.
LISTINGS
ALL KIRPANS- (Sikh Swords) are not sharpened as they can NOT be shipped sharp ( attempting to ship sharpened Kirpans will result in them being returned to us or confiscated and destroyed by customs). Sharpening can be done by the purchaser upon delivery if you choose to do so.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
We as a seller have no authority to change or modify your address with Etsy. Address changes are the buyers responsibility to update in your Etsy profile. If your order is dispatched with an incorrect or incomplete address the buyer assumes responsibility for that package upon leaving our warehouse. IF it is sent back to us, we will deduct the amount the postal service charges us for return, and if any balance remains will be refunded.
All our listings are for ONE item unless stated otherwise.
